The DRAGON Lake

Lake Nacimiento is a large, 'dragon' shaped lakes with many coves.  It is a popular lake for waterskiing and fishing.   Around the lake are several communities for both vacation homes and year round living.  The map above will give you an idea of their locations.  The two largest are Oak Shores and Heritage Ranch.  Running Deer Ranch is on the south side of the lake and is acreage property.  There are also several ski club communities  where you own shares in the corporation rather than a fee simple estate.
